Matchbook ("we", "us") runs onmatchbook.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we receive the name, email address and company name you enter. We don't ask for anything else.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don't use advertising trackers and we don't set marketing cookies.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to communicate with you about that work. We never sell or rent your information.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our email provider. Booking a call takes you to Google Calendar, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy. These providers only process your information to deliver their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they're useful for our conversation with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing tom@onmatchbook.com.
